My Story

I started Wellness with Sofia from a place of wanting to feel better - more balanced, energized, and at peace in my own body. Over time, I realized that true wellness isn’t about extremes or perfection; it’s about consistency, balance, and self-awareness.

Through my own journey, I learned how powerful small, sustainable changes can be - eating real food, moving with intention, taking care of my mind, creating routines that support me instead of drain me. That’s what inspired me to help others do the same.

Today, I work with clients to build habits that feel realistic and aligned - from nutrition and movement to mindset and self-talk. My goal is to make wellness approachable and personal, so it fits into your life instead of taking it over.
