A month-long reset to help you reconnect with your body and rebuild healthy, sustainable habits.

  • 1 x 60-minute consultation

  • Weekly 30-minute check-ins for support and accountability

  • Ongoing access via voice notes or text between sessions

8-Week Lifestyle Transformation $850

A deeper, more personalized journey designed for long-term change and balance.

Includes:

  • Everything in the 4-Week Reset

  • Extended coaching for deeper accountability and lasting results

  • Guidance on stress, sleep, mindset, and daily habits

  • Biweekly progress evaluations and plan adjustments

  • Unlimited message support for real-time check-ins

1:1 Coaching Session $150

a one-time 60-minute session for clarity, guidance, or a wellness “reset.”
